The initial consultation is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and your travel preferences (call is complimentary). During this session, we discuss all the details of your desired trip, including your budget, destination, preferred activities, and any specific needs you may have. To streamline the process and ensure we have a thorough understanding of your travel plans, we will have a call via Google Meets where I will walk you through all of the questions. This allows us to tailor your itinerary perfectly and start booking everything with you in mind.
What is the initial consultation for?

After the initial consultation, if we determine it's a good fit and any necessary documents are filled out, we will begin designing your customized proposal itinerary. This itinerary will outline various options for accommodations, activities, and other travel arrangements based on your needs. Once the initial proposal is ready, we will schedule a call to review it together, discuss any changes you’d like, and make any necessary adjustments. After you have reviewed and approved the final version, we will move forward with booking all the details of your trip. Once everything is confirmed, we will send you email reminders about payments and provide any additional travel information you might need. With everything set, you're all ready to enjoy your trip! We will continue to chat and discuss the trip right before, during (if needed), and after.
